Account Deletion

Users can permanently delete their GEAR account and the associated data directly from the GEAR app.

How to Delete Your Account

1. Open the GEAR app.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Enter your security PIN (if prompted).
5. Confirm the account deletion request.

What Happens After Your Request?

Once your request is submitted, your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion. The deletion process may take up to 7 days to complete.

Data That Will Be Deleted

• Account information
• Workshop details
• Customer records
• Vehicle and job history
• Inventory and spare parts
• Billing and invoice data
• Cloud backup data
• User preferences

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained where required by applicable laws, tax regulations, fraud prevention, or other legal obligations.

Subscription Information

• Account deletion does not automatically provide a refund.
• Any active subscription cannot be recovered or refunded after account deletion.
• If applicable, subscriptions must be managed through the Google Play Store.
